On a better note, I may have a new freelance gig coming up in video production, so we'll see what that's like, next week. Also, volunteering got kicked up a notch now and I have a few due dates to meet very soon.
So... my actual job... yeah, I really don't think it's a good fit.
If my prospects go well, I may just quit the job. The freelancing gig would be for a month and I would be working everyday, so I don't think that would go well with this job, since it's FT.
I really don't see this job growing right now, which is why I want out... and I am not learning from any mentors... I am an employee, I need to be trained on how to do the job correctly.
Or I may just try to negotiate the position to be part-time... but I need to be cautious of what I say first, if I try to negotiate part-time and it doesn't really work, then I don't want it to be a sour relationship afterwards.
At the same time, I am hoping I can find a stable job. Or at least more freelance gigs.
Hmm.
